Jeff is a recognized nonprofit leader in northern Nevada with over fifteen years of experience focused on conservation efforts and habitat restoration, agricultural education and research, and national service initiatives. During this time, Jeff has founded and built multiple successful nonprofits, developed and executed dynamic strategies with high-impact results, and led high-stakes negotiations resulting in historic conservation victories. Jeff’s experience makes him a unique resource to help guide and inform your organization, or initiative, however big or small.
Matt Johnson
Co-Founder & Principal
Matt has more than fifteen years experience in all aspects of grant management including writing and managing many large federal grants as well as administering grants with the federal government. Matt’s vast experience with the grant making process makes him uniquely poised to support other organizations in accessing resources and effectively managing them. As an entrepreneur, Matt has also helped to found several successful businesses which provides another perspective from the private sector when it comes to building strong organizations.
